I've been doing veterinary dentistry for over 14 years now, performing thousands of extractions and nerve blocks along the way.

Truth is, I struggled with nerve blocks too at first. I made mistakes, had a few complications (which I'll share with you), and gradually figured out what actually works in everyday practice.

These aren't techniques I read in textbooks - they're part of the approaches I've learned in courses, but boiled down to only showing you what blocks work well, and leaving out what's outdated and ineffective. I've taught these methods to hundreds of vets across Europe, and the feedback is always the same: "Why didn't anyone show me this before?"

I promise to keep things practical and straightforward - just like I'd show a colleague in my clinic. By the end of this masterclass, you'll have the exact skills to make nerve blocks your secret weapon for safer, stress-free dental procedures.

What exactly will I learn in this masterclass?
You'll learn exactly how to perform the caudal maxillary nerve block and inferior alveolar nerve block - the only two blocks you need for complete dental anesthesia. I'll show you my bent needle technique, precise anatomical landmarks, and how to measure for perfect depth every time.
Do I need special equipment to perform these blocks?
Not at all! You can use your standard needles, however, I will show you the benefit of using longer versions of 25-27G hypodermic needles. I prefer using bupivacaine, but you can start with lidocaine if that's what you currently have in your clinic.
I'm worried about complications. Is this really safe?
Absolutely. I've performed more than a thousand of these blocks over 13+ years with minimal complications. I'll share the few issues I've encountered and exactly how to avoid them. The bent needle technique I teach specifically prevents the most common risks.
Will this work for cats too, or just dogs?
Both! I'll demonstrate the techniques for both dogs and cats, showing you the modifications needed for each species.
I've tried nerve blocks before but they didn't seem to work well. Why would this be different?
Many vets place blocks in suboptimal locations or don't use the right depth or volume. I'll show you exactly where the nerve actually runs (with real cadaver demonstrations) and the simple measurement trick that guarantees you hit the right spot every time.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes! I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you don't feel you've gained practical skills you can implement immediately in your practice, I'll refund your investment.
